Most cars need a service every 15 000km or once a year, whichever comes first. Check your owner's manual — some modern engines stretch to 20 000km, while older or high-mileage cars do better at 10 000km.

Every 10 000–15 000km for synthetic oil, or every 5 000–7 500km if you do lots of short trips, stop-start city driving or dusty roads. Fresh oil is the cheapest engine insurance you can buy.

Our major service covers a 62-point check, oil and filter change, air, fuel and pollen filters where applicable, brake and suspension inspection, fluid top-ups, battery and tyre checks — plus a free car wash and vacuum.

Squealing or grinding noises, a spongy or vibrating pedal, longer stopping distances, or the car pulling to one side. Pads should be checked at every service and typically last 30 000–70 000km.

Rotate every 10 000km for even wear. Replace when tread reaches 1.6mm, if there are bulges or sidewall cracks, or after about five years regardless of tread.

No. As long as the correct parts and specified service schedule are used and the work is documented, your manufacturer warranty stays intact. We stamp your service book on every job.

It can be anything from a loose fuel cap to a faulty sensor or misfire. Bring the car in for a diagnostic scan — we read the fault codes and explain exactly what they mean before any work starts.

A minor service is usually 1–2 hours and a major service around half a day. If we find anything extra, we call you first — no additional work happens without your consent.
